Lake Arrowhead is a mountain resort city in the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California. Lake Arrowhead, a 782 acre alpine lake is nestled at an altitude of 5108' in a forest of pines and cedars. It is located about 15 miles north east of downtown San Bernardino and the four-season climate is unmatched in Southern California. The Lake Arrowhead Village includes a variety of outlet stores, boutiques, restaurants, and a supermarket. Lake Arrowhead is also home to the Ice Castle International Training Center, an Olympic quality figure skating training facility. See the group of small, granite peaks Northwest of Lake Arrowhead called The Pinnacles. A trail leads to a beautiful meadow just South of the Ugly Wall. Also, visit the Strawberry Peak Fire Lookout in the San Bernardino National Forest near the communities of Twin Peaks and Rim Forest. Enjoy a boat tour or rent a boat, water ski or swim.
